Monica Francis

MDiv, Executive Minister

Monica is a recent graduate from The Southern Baptist Theology Seminary, where she received her Master of Divinity with a concentration in Urban Missions. Monica also earned her undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from Sunny College at Old Westbury. She has a deep love and desire for working with young adults. She connects this passion to when she served as the Youth Director at her church, Wake-Eden Community Baptist Church. Because of her arduous work and faithfulness to Christ, the youth group grew from 5 to 50 young adults on any given night. Monica, following the leading of the Spirit, also spent a year working as a third-grade teacher and Bible teacher with a Christian School in Moravia, Costa Rica. Upon returning home to the states she completed her seminary education and shortly thereafter was appointed to the role of Executive Minister at her church. Monica is a very faithful servant of the Lord.
